The best time to register for the conference is right now: the full conference fee for NTPA Members is $149.00/person which includes your conference fee and lunch. The fee for non-NTPA Members is $199.00. For anyone unable to attend one of our in-person NTPA Regional Forums or eager to continue the good times, networking, and professional development from the live events, we will be offering one online Regional Forum on Tuesday, December 20 from 10am-2pm EST. The fee for the Online Forum is free for NTPA members and only $50 for non-members. Note that the NTPA Member rate applies specifically to single Individual Members or all attendees from an Organizational Member. Please contact us ASAP if you’d like to adjust your membership status.

Registration and beverages begin at 9:30 am. The conference fee includes beverages upon arrival and lunch. Optional events may be available at some regional forum locations (details to follow).

Out of respect for the ongoing public health crisis, the NTPA will require the following of all in-person conference attendees:

  • Participants must be fully vaccinated and able to demonstrate proof of vaccination; a screenshot of your vaccination card will suffice.

  • Participants must sign a waiver indemnifying the NTPA of any liability.
